CPO (PHTA formerly NSPF) Blended Learning includes the 8-10 hour online course, online handbook, handbook , live portion (currently done via Zoom), and certification for 5 years. For Florida students, your exam must be proctored by a 3rd party and set up after the live virtual call is complete.

Students must have a copy of the online certification as well as a calculator (not on a smartphone), pen/pencil, and photo id. Certificate can be emailed prior to class or printed and shown on Zoom camera.

Students will receive results of the exam at the end of the live portion. Digital certifications are sent after the exam is complete. Typically 24-48 hours later. Paper certifications will be emailed directly from PHTA within 6 weeks after the exam completion.

An email will be sent with the online access code and directions to get started. A digital manual is available with the online content.
